1. Service Overview

The Consistency Corner ("we," "us," or "our") provides social media audit services ("Service") including written analysis and video walkthrough, with optional review calls as purchased.

2. Payment & Refunds

• Full payment is required at time of purchase

• Refunds available within 7 days of purchase only if intake form has not been submitted

• No refunds available after intake form submission as work has commenced

• Call add-ons are non-refundable regardless of scheduling status

3. Service Delivery

Timeline

• Audit delivery within 3-5 business days after intake form completion

• Extensions may be required; client will be notified and new delivery date arranged

• Intake form must be completed within 30 days of purchase or service may be forfeited

• Video walkthrough recordings available for 90 days from delivery date

Call Scheduling (If Applicable)

• Calls may be rescheduled with minimum 2 hours notice

• Maximum of 2 reschedules permitted

• Unused calls do not qualify for refunds

4. Client Responsibilities

• Complete intake form accurately and thoroughly

• Provide accurate social media account information

• Respond to any clarifying questions within reasonable timeframe

• Schedule and attend calls (if purchased) within service period

5. Deliverables & Usage

• Audit document becomes property of client upon delivery

• Permanent access to audit document provided

• Video walkthrough available for 90 days

• Deliverables may be shared internally within client's organization

• No revisions or updates to audit provided after delivery

6. Communication

• Standard response time for questions is within 48 business hours

• Primary communication via email

• Support provided for questions about audit findings

• Implementation support not included unless specifically purchased

7. Limitations

• Audit based solely on information provided in intake form

• No guarantee of specific results or outcomes

• Recommendations provided as professional guidance only

• Implementation responsibility lies with client

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Client information kept confidential

• Access to audit limited to client and their internal team

• Permission required for use of client information in case studies or testimonials

9. Disclaimer

The Consistency Corner provides recommendations based on professional experience and current best practices. Results from implementing recommendations may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from following audit recommendations.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to already-purchased services.
